When will my order ship?

Our items usually process within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during special promotions or new product launches, there might be a small delay in processing orders. We appreciate your patience during these periods. Once your order is shipped, typically within 2-3 business days, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

My tracking is not updating

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only provide shipping services to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and aim to broaden our shipping options to include other regions in the future.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your package will be dispatched within 1 – 2 days of placing your order. You can expect to receive the tracking number approximately 2-3 days after the package has been shipped. Generally, it may take between 5 to 12 days for your package to reach its destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any possible postal delays.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Certainly, you can contact us to change your shipping address within 8 hours of placing your order, and we’ll assist you with the modification. Please promptly email our Customer Support team and include your order number along with the updated address details.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Yes, if the order has not entered the packing process yet, we can cancel it for you.
