Shopping

Our products typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during special promotions or new product launches, there may be a slight delay in order processing. We kindly ask for your patience during such times. Once your order has been shipped, usually within 2-3 business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

We apologize for the delay in delivering your package. While the tracking information may not currently show this, we want to assure you that your package is still en route to its destination. Occasionally, tracking updates may not happen in real-time. We kindly request your patience as we work to get your package to you.

At the moment, we only offer shipping services to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options to other regions in the future.

Your package will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of placing your order. We will provide you with the tracking number approximately 2-3 days after the package has been shipped. Typically, it may take between 5 to 10 days for your package to be delivered to your location. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential postal delays.

Orders & Returns

Don't worry, your order may have been split into more than one package. The packages have been separated after shipping and it may take a little longer for them to arrive. If you still do not receive the package or cannot find the tracking within 2 weeks, send a request to Customer Service
